At VYNTHAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return your products following the conditions and timeframes set forth in this Return Policy.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without justification within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to return the order.

Return Procedure:

• Notification: Notify us of your intent to return the product by sending an email to [vyntharbrand@gmail.com] or by using the contact form available on our website.
• Return Deadline: You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to notify us of your withdrawal.
• Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition (unused and original packaging intact).
  

Exceptions

We do not accept returns for modified or intimate products (such as underwear or swimsuits) due to hygiene reasons, unless they are defective.

Return Costs

• Returns for Withdrawal: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• Returns for Defects or Errors: If the product is defective or does not match what was ordered, the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
  

Refund

Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned products, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
